Harz Cheese-Leek-Soup (Recipe Card)

This recipe, which originates from the Harz mountains is made from ground meat, leek, and several sorts of cheese, making it the perfect comfort food for you and your beloved ones. Its ingredients are easy to acquire and I refined my family formula over the years, giving it a distinctive and full-bodied taste.
