East-German Potatosalad (Recipe Card)
This mayo-based Potatosalad is a real hit on many east-german BBQs. It is easy to make and the combination of ingredients (e.g. pickles) are enhancing the flavor.
My recipes are written on 4x6 inch recipe cards in PDF format. In addition, this recipe contains a landscape picture of the area I come from. Feel free to make your physical copy. Double-sided printing is recommended.
